Shipment

Order Status Meaning :

 

Pending Payment - We have receive your order & awaiting for payment confirmation from you.

 

Reserved - Your order is being reserved. pls pay between 24 hours, if not ur orders will automatically cancel, thanks for ur understanding :)   

 

Payment Received - We have acknowledge your payment and your item will be shipped to you in a few days.

 

In Process - Your order is in process of packing for shipment. Your parcel will be shipped within 3-5 days after you received this status notification unless there is any discrepancy / Pre-order items or request to hold shipment.

 

Awaiting Collection - Your order is ready to be picked up from our warehouse. This status is applicable for collection at our warehouse only.

 

Shipped - Courier has pick up the parcels from us. Please take note that after you receive notification through email from our system on " Shipped " status, your tracking status will not be immediately available on courier companies website because after they pick up from us, they still need time to go back to the collection centre, weight, scan & update the status of all the parcels. We advise you track the next day after you receive Shipped status email notification from us.

 

 

NOTE : All the statuses update will be automatically emailed to you via our system everytime we update the progress of your order. If you did not receive any emails on statuses update, please check your spam / junk folder. Shipping F.A.Q Within Malaysia

 

 

1. Shipment by P'geon - All orders will be shipped within the next 3-5 days after payment received. For interbank transfer / cheque deposit, it will takes about 2-3 business days for your payment to appear in our account. We will only process shipment once payment is reflected in our bank account statement.

 

2. We cannot guarantee 100% shipping lead time.

 

3. All shipments will be processed from Monday to Friday ** we avoid shipping on weekends and eve of Public Holidays to avoid lost shipment 

 

4. We will update your order status to " SHIPPED " once goods are sent out. Our website system will automatically sent your tracking number to you via email OR you can check the tracking number by logging in your account.

 

5. All product prices published in our website EXCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES unless special note there.

 

6. Shipping cost commensurate on weight of goods. If you will like to know how much the shipping cost for your order, please add items to cart and select Checkout. During checkout procedure, there will be a list of shipping modes for you to select with the exact amount of shipping cost incurred.

 

7. Please select the correct shipping mode according to your location in order to get the correct rate. If you don't agree with the shipping cost or accidently selected the wrong shipping modes during checkout, please email us at yy@miniroom.my so that we can do the necessary amendment for you.

 

8. As a general guidelines, below are the shipping costs. If your location is outskirt of daily delivery routes, it will takes longer to reach you.

 

9. Delivery lead time stated are applicable to orders without any discrepancies. We will contact you a.s.a.p if there's any issues with your order.
